She partnered up with me last year (2024) for her tour business. Everything was good at first but after a few months and making a travel plan for a big group in Uzbekistan, she made a lot of excuses after the trip for not being able to process the payment.
She promised me that she will process the payment in few days. After few days of following up, she told me that she cannot process the payment yet as this will cost her a lot of commision fee and she cannot withdraw more than 1000 USD per day so she has to make the transfers in multiple times and i said it’s okay. Days passed by, she is not responding to my messages anymore which led me to a desperate decision of contacting her friends that i met before and I sent her a message again telling her that i will post about her scam online. She replied to me telling me that i should not threaten her of posting online and saying she is not processing the payment due to a medical emergency. She said that i am making a terrible decision of making her appear as a scammer. Again, after all the discussion, she promised me that she will process the payment in few days.
She made a transfer thru the ‘Wise’ application without consulting me first on how i want the money to be processed. It says in the transfer that i will receive the money in 7 days. After 7 days, it says in the tracker that the transfer was cancelled as they haven’t received the money from the sender. I asked her about this and she told me that her account has enough money but she doesn’t know what happened and she has to contact the bank. I waited for days again and still no response from her. For months, i tried to wait for her as i was thinking that maybe she’s really sick but then i saw that she’s active again in her social media promoting her tours. I decided to contact her again but she won’t reply to me. A concerned friend of mine commented on one of her post about what she has done to me but she immediately deleted that comment and contacted me saying that she will transfer the payment and that i don’t need to make a fake account to destroy her reputation. I said okay, she asked is i have any bank in india where she can transfer the payment and i provided my friend’s account. She promised that she will transfer the money in 2 days. 2 days has passed by, no transfer was done, i tried to follow up again but no responses again from her. I let her off the hook for a week till i saw that she’s actively posting again in instagram that’s why i have decided to finally posy her scam.
Delays, no responses and false hopes from this lady has led me losing a huge amount of money. Money which is important in keeping my business and in providing for my family. The trip was last October 2024, and up until now she didn’t pay me. She owes me more than 10,000 USD.
Her “inspiring” stories and “business aspirations” has led some people go bankrupt and face financial crisis (not only me).
I know that it was my fault for trusting her that’s why i am posting this for awareness. Not only for the tourists who’s planning to arrange tours with her but also for tour guides that she might plan on partnering up with.
